بصراحه مطاعم ميلان جربت كثير منها يوم رحت لها اخر مره لكن افضلها وارقى الماكولات والوصفات الغريبه والاصليه تجدها في منطقة Brera فهي اجمل وافضل من مطاعم الدومو بصراحه وبكثير حيث انني لا اجد هنالك اي وجه مقارنه وحتى بالنسبه لشاره هذا سوف تجد المتعه فيه حيث ينتشر البائعين المتجولين والعرافين وموسيقيين ....

Aimo e Nadia
One of the most talked-about restaurants in Milan is Aimo and Nadia. Aimo, a cheerful man who creates dishes out of the most simple of ingredients, is the chef and owner and runs the place with his wife, Nadia. The couple has managed to create a sensation even among the city's hardened jet set. The trick, he says, is "quality." No kidding, even the lard is great.

Aimo has a picture album of the bulls and pigs that go into his meals. The spaghetti with onions dish is a great starter. Order the tripe for your main course. The condiments include wild fennel flowers, white beans, spring asparagus and cured veal liver. Unfortunately, you need to reserve a few weeks in advance for a table, but the advantage is that the place is so small, you get all the attention you need for a perfect meal. Once you have sampled Aimo's cuisine, it's easy to understand why he received such high Michelin ratings.

Bice
Bice restaurants have mushroomed throughout the U.S., but the original is in the heart of Milan. You can still find a table at Bice without a reservation weeks in advance, unlike many upscale restaurants in the city. Bice offers an authentic taste of Italian home cooking without the vulgar presentation.

For antipasti, they have a large selection of salads that include artichoke, grana cheese and fresh octopus. They also have a great choice of warm antipasti, such as rolls of eggplant with cheese. Not surprisingly, you'll find an ample selection of pasta dishes. The cotoletta di vitello alla Milanese--a thinly sliced and pounded veal chop that is breaded and pan-fried--is wonderful as an entrée, while the chocolate semifreddo is a never-miss desert.

Don Lisander
It doesn't feel as if you're in Milan when you're surrounded by the lush flora of Don Lisander's outdoor courtyard. On a fresh, sunny day, it's hard to find a better place in the city to have lunch. The scene is diverse and fun. You'll find well-heeled customers of all age groups and nationalities, chattering at a volume barely greater than the chirping of the swallows swirling above. The food includes decent risotti and a divine cotoletta di vitello alla Milanese, or breaded veal chop.

Il Consolare
This understated, warm restaurant serves up some of the city's most exquisite fish. The Consolare's walls are covered with photographs of reclusive Italian singing diva Mina (of "Il Cielo in una Stanza" fame), who is a regular. The staff treats you like family and eagerly makes recommendations on their favorite plates--though everything on the menu is good, from the risotto in black octopus ink, to the swordfish with pink pepper, to the spectacular orata (sea bass), which, served with boiled potatoes, captures the richest flavors of the Mediterranean. Just a few years after opening its doors, this elegant yet remarkably comfortable restaurant has become the place to be seen in Milan. A new favorite among Milan's glitterati, L'Ape Piera has a very modern touch. Directly in front of the entrance is a large window that looks into the main kitchen. The menu offers modern interpretations of classic cuisine. As an appetizer, the codfish salad with white onion, mint, almonds, tomato and zucchini flowers is delightful. The pigeon with artichoke, honey and lavender essence makes for a great second course. L'Ape Piera is the place to eat if you're a vegetarian, offering several wonderful options. It's hard to say no to the cheese cart for dessert. Their sommelier also does a wonderful job pairing both the food with the proper selection of Spumante and wines.

If you are looking for something different, L'osteria is a very rustic restaurant that offers an amazing selection of wines by the glass and small bites in between. Marino alla Scala
In a country where cool comes effortlessly, the recently opened Marino alla Scala just tries too hard. Despite stylish red chairs, beautiful wooden floors, and a stunning view of Piazza della Scala, the place lacks soul. The plates have a lovely presentation, but the food is bland, even by American standards. Still, you can do a lot worse for a business lunch, and it's not every day that you can have a meal overlooking Milan's ornate City Hall.
