We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your interest in our island resort. You will find below availability and our rate offer for the requested period. To secure your Villa, we require your Credit Card details and its expiry date and a prepayment after the booking confirmation to guarantee your booking.
Please note that the below is only a rate offer and is subject to availability upon your consent.

For a minimum of 4 nights, the honeymoon entitlements ( once during your stay) for 2 persons free of charge at Baros are as follows:
- A bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates in the Villa upon arrival
- A Honeymoon souvenir photo in a Baros branded photo frame
- A Candlelit dinner menu on the beach (Excluding beverages)
Please note that it is applicable only for guests traveling 6 months as from the date of the wedding. A legal wedding certificate is requested upon check-in
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Single Occupancy:
For single occupancy USD 10 per Villa per night will be deducted from the Villa rate.
Check-In / Check-Out time:
Our Check-In time is 14h00 and Check-Out time is 12h00 (noon).
Early Arrivals and Late Departures:
If arrival is earlier than the resort Check-In time and immediate access is required to the Villa, we recommend reserving from the prior night to guarantee immediate access. For late departures reserving an additional night will guarantee Villa till departure time from the resort. In the case that a late departure option is not taken, we will be glad to store your luggage and make a change room facility available for you to freshen up.
Airport Speedboat Transfers:
Group transfer per guest by speedboat (return): Adult USD 132 subject to 10% Service Charge (child 50%)
Private transfer per guest by speedboat (return): Adult USD 185 subject to 10% Service Charge (child 50%)
Guaranteed Reservations, Deposits and Cancellation policy:
To secure your reservation at Baros Maldives, we require your Credit Card details and its expiry date as well as an authorisation to debit the card at the time of booking.
Non-materialisation of accommodation after confirmation, will be subjected to cancellation fees as follows:
- 50% of accommodation rate will be withheld if reservation is cancelled 45 days before arrival
- 100% of accommodation rate will be withheld if reservation is cancelled 30 days before arrival
Festive Season (27/12/08 – 03 /01/09):
- 50% of accommodation rate will be withheld if reservation is cancelled 60 days before arrival
- 100% of accommodation rate will be withheld if reservation is cancelled 45 days before arrival
Amendment received a minimum of 15 days prior to arrival can be adjusted against a future stay within 120 days at Baros Maldives. Amendment received between 0 to 15 days shall be treated as cancellation with 100% cancellation fees. Amendment policy does not apply for Festive Season.
For any reservations in Festive Season (27/12/08 – 03/01/09), a minimum stay of 7 nights is required and full pre-payment has to be made at least 90 days prior to the date of arrival.
No Show:
In the case of No Show or Under Stay, 100% cancellation fees will apply.
Guests are therefore kindly recommended to purchase a Travel Insurance covering refunds of cancellation or deposit.
Dress code:
The Dress Code when dining at our restaurants is Smart Casual or Island Chic. Swimsuits are discouraged at all times when dining, unless accompanied with other clothes.
Family Plan:
In the interest of maintaining tranquility and balance, children below 8 years old are not allowed to stay at Baros Maldives. For children between 8 and 12 years old or for a teenager or for an adult sharing the Villa with 2 fully paying persons there will be an additional charge of 50% of the Villa rate. Maximum occupancy for Deluxe Villas, Water Villas and Baros Residence is three persons. Maximum occupancy for Baros Villas is two persons.
Airport Pick up:
Please advise your arrival and departure flight details to enable us to organise your airport transfers in a speedboat. Kindly meet our airport representative at Universal Resorts counter number 5 outside the arrival hall at Male International Airport to assist you in your airport transfer to the resort.
