Booking & Reservation :

We require a deposit of Five Hundred Canadian dollars ( CDN$ 500.00 ) in order to book any suite. You may pay by :


Cash;
Cheque, money order, draft;
Visa, Master card; American Express
Wire transfer
E-mail Money Transfer
If you choose to pay your deposit by wire transfer then we will send you our bank account information.
If you choose to pay your deposit by credit card ( Visa / Master Card / American Express ), then we need you to send us an authorization. You may:
- Call us by phone with your credit card information ( phone # 647-885-5543 ); or

- Fill in the following authorization and :
1- either e-mail it to : mailto:[email protected]
2- or fax it to : 1-866-620-1194 ( use the fax if you are faxing from North America only )

((( I, ( enter your name ), authorize Better Service to charge my credit card # ( enter your credit card number ) with Expiry date ( enter expiry date ) the amount of Five Hundred Canadian dollars ( CDN$ 500.00 ). I understand that this amount is being charged as a deposit for booking a furnished suite with Better Service.


A deposit of Five Hundred (500 ) Canadian dollars is required in order to book any of our suites. The 500 dollars will be considered as a part of the rent upon arrival. If you cancel or change 30 days before the starting date, then you will get your deposit back in full as we have received it according to our bank account. However, if we have to transfer the money back to you, then you will be responsible for the wire fees.

Cancellation / Changes : If you cancel or change in less than 30 days before the starting date, then we will try to rent the suite, if we rent it successfully on time, then you get your money back as we mentioned above. But if we can not rent it, then we will use your deposit as 100 dollars per night till the deposit is up or till we are able to rent the suite.

سلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته اخوي مسيساجا خارج تورنتو لكن تقع في نطاق subway وبالتحديد محطة islington المحطة ماقبل الاخيرة ولكن تعتبر خارج تورنتو طبعا وعلى حسب عنوان الشقق فهي بالقرب من سكوير ون وذلك يعني بأنك تحتاج الى ما يقارب الساعة والنصف للوصول الى الداون تاون في تورنتو (نصيحة اذا كنت تريد تورنتو او معهدك في تورنتو فا الافضل لك بأن تبحث داخل تورنتو لأنني سبق بأن سكنت في مسيساجا حيث أن معهدي يقع في مسيساجا وفي بعض الايام اذهب الى تورنتو وبكل صراحة مللت من المشوار الى هناك اذ يجب عليك اخذ الباص من سكوير ون الى محطة subway وهذا يستغرق قرابة 30 دقيقة وبعده تأخذ subway الى محطة bloor young وتركب subway اخر الى الداون تاون dundas وهذا يستغرق قرابة 40 دقيقة )

في الواقع الاهل رايحين سياحة 2-3 اسابيع في بداية شوال انشاء الله ويبغو شقق مفروشة فهل تعرف شقق مفروشة جيدة في داون تاون وجزاك الله كل خير :114:
