Karkidaka – the rainy season, is a time when our immune system is under heavy attack from various germs and the body may succumb to diseases.
In order to prevent diseases, ayurveda prescribes methods to boost the immune system to fight diseases better.

These treatments are called Karkidaka Treatment or Sukha Chikitsa.
